Effective 6am Monday June 7^th ANC is LIFTING the 24 hour road ban on the Berland Resource Road (ANC ROAD) and all other ANC roads.  

Due to dry, dusty conditions – please ensure to have headlights ON at all times and use 2-way radios to call at ALL Must Call signs.

DO NOT SPEED.

Please use extreme diligence in preventing wildfires and pay attention to the Wildfire Danger levels. Report any fires or smoke to 310-FIRE(3473)

ANC is implementing a 24-hr road ban effective Monday April 12, 2021. Please refer to the attachment for further details.

If you must travel on ANC roads, please ensure you have a permit, obtained via this website.

2021 Spring Ban 24hr_Apr12_21

Effective 10am Monday March 29, 2021 a 12-hr ban from 10am to 10pm, has been implemented on the Berland Resource Road and all other ANC roads. If you MUST use the road during this 12-hr ban, please obtain a permit via this website. Instructions are located in the Help Tab.

There is no ban on the ANC road yet. Please continue to use the road safely during dry/frozen conditions and continue to watch this website for updates. Feel free to add your email address to the road ban notification list using the link at the bottom of this web page.

Please be aware that the road may be icy during these warm conditions. We are working hard to get the graders to all km’s. Please slow down, drive to conditions and use chains as needed. We appreciate your patience.

12-hour ban on the ANC Haul Road (and all other ANC Roads) will be in effect starting 10am Monday March 30, 2020. Banned hours are 10am to 10pm. This INCLUDES trucks hauling produced fluids. Please obtain a permit from this website if you must travel during this hours, and are over 1 ton. Further details included in the attachment. Thank you and stay safe.
